Too Many Choices

One of the downsides of flexibility is the number of choices involved. This applies to many things in life but right now it’s the flexibility of WordPress that’s causing me headaches. The plethora of plugins and themes that are available to configure your blog has become overwhelming, and what should be a simple process of setting up a blog has become a far, far more complicated than necessary. Which, come to think of it, seems to be the norm for me these days.

Am I the only one who looks back fondly on the days when it wasn’t so easy to waste hours researching and sifting through information on the internet in order to make sure I was making the best choice possible?

What Am I Doing Here?

First of all, I obviously have no idea how to capitalize a heading. Sue me now; I’m perfectly aware of the issue. In any case, this site is an experiment to see whether or not I can (or want to) maintain a full blog. Your guess is as good as mine at this point.
